ABOUT THE COURSE

Mass communication refers to spreading of information to public or masses using a variety of media, viz. television, radio, internet, movies, newspapers etc. It is rapidly gaining recognition and students are getting attracted towards it. Until the advent of TV, media meant newspapers and magazines, and journalism was a public service calling. With changing mores of economy, media is now diverse in form and ownership.
